Space Booking Policies
General Terms, Conditions, and Policies for Booking Vivid Studio
I. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed only after payment.

Refunds are not permitted after payment.

Rescheduling requires at least 3 days' notice.
II. Time Policy

Punctuality is mandatory. Late arrival does not extend the session.

Overtime is charged at 180 SAR/hour, starting after 5 minutes of delay.
III. Security Deposit & Violations A refundable security deposit applies to all bookings. The security deposit is refunded within 5 business days (working days are from Sunday to Thursday) after verifying the safety of the space and equipment.
🚫 The deposit is forfeited immediately for:

Damage to the white backdrop (full paint replacement cost applies).

Damage to furniture, walls, or decor.

Smoking or incense (leads to immediate eviction).

Leaving the studio messy.

Misuse or reckless dragging of equipment/stands.
⚠️ Fines: Using paints, sprays, confetti, or bringing children/pets is strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined 2,000 SAR.
IV. Legal Accountability

Damage: Renter must pay for repairs or a new replacement on the same day, plus a fine up to 5,000 SAR.

Theft: Any theft or equipment substitution is a criminal offense and will be reported to the police immediately.
V. Disclaimer The studio is not responsible for lost personal items. In case of studio-side technical issues, compensation is limited to free hours to be used within a month.
VI. Privacy & Security The studio is equipped with security cameras. To ensure privacy, footage is not monitored in real-time and is only accessed by the supervisor in case of damage or theft.
VII. Governing Law Subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
