📸 Booking & Operational Policy - Vivid Studio

Thank you for choosing us. Please read the following policies carefully before confirming your booking:

1. Booking & Confirmation Procedures

• Appointments are scheduled exclusively via WhatsApp.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after the full package amount has been paid.
• If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, the studio reserves the right to cancel the hold and offer the slot to another client.

2. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Punctuality

• Cancellation: Payments are non-refundable. In the case of a "no-show," the booking is canceled, and the amount is forfeited.
• Rescheduling: You must notify us at least 3 days prior to your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional fees may apply for multiple changes.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Any delay will be deducted from your original session time. No extensions will be provided to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.

3. Copyright and Portfolio Usage (Important) 📢

• Vivid Studio reserves the right to use product, fashion, and model photos taken during sessions for promotional purposes on our social media platforms or website portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.
• Personal and family photos are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be published without the client’s explicit consent.

4. Photo Delivery and Technical Responsibility

• Photos are delivered digitally via a private link sent to your registered number.
• Delivery is provided in JPG format only. RAW files or original unedited files are never provided under any circumstances.
• Notice: Photos are permanently deleted from our systems immediately after delivery. The client bears full responsibility for downloading and backing up their photos upon receiving the link.

5. Equipment and Property Safety 🛡️

• The client is held fully liable for any damage caused to studio equipment, decor, or furniture resulting from misuse or negligence by themselves or their guests. The client agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement.

6. Artistic Style and Editing ✨

• Booking with "Vivid Studio" implies your trust in our artistic vision, photography style, and post-processing (Editing).
• Any requests for additional edits not included in the package, or major changes to the editing style after delivery, may incur additional charges.

7. Attendance and Guests

• To ensure a professional and quiet environment, please adhere to the number of people specified in your package. No additional guests are allowed without prior coordination.

8. Legal Liability and General Terms

• The studio is not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal items.
• Photos captured under "Personal Packages" may not be used for large-scale commercial purposes or advertising campaigns without obtaining a commercial license from the studio.

Completion of the booking and payment process constitutes a final agreement to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
